To access the NDIS, you’ll need to meet eligibility criteria related to age, residency, and the impact of your disability on daily life. You can apply directly through the NDIS website or call 1800 800 110. If you need help applying, Wei Community Care can guide you through the process.
Who is eligible for Wei Community Care services?
We support NDIS participants with approved plans. Whether you’re self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed, we’re here to help you access the services you need.
How long does it take to get started with Wei Community Care?
Once you contact us we can usually have your supports in place within 1 to 2 weeks. We'll start with a free no-obligation conversation to understand your needs, then match you with the right support worker and get your service agreement sorted quickly so there's minimal wait time.
